Obituary of Edward Michael Hafichuk

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Edward (Ted) Michael Hafichuk, beloved husband of Donna Lynn of Calgary, who passed away at the Rosedale Hospice on Sunday, April 4, 2004 at the age of 55 years. Throughout his personal and professional life he touched many with his considerate and compassionate nature, along with his quiet sense of humour. Besides his loving wife Donna, his life’s companion of thirty-three years, Ted is survived by two sons, Brad and Doug; mother Pauline Hafichuk; a brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Nicolette Hafichuk; and a sister and brother-in-law, Bette and Clayton Shick. Ted was predeceased by his father William Hafichuk. A Celebration of Ted’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. with Don Holmes of Crossfield United Church officiating.
