Obituary of Maurine Laura Schmidt

Maurine Laura Schmidt of Calgary passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Saturday, March 20, 2004, at the age of 72 years. Maurine was born on March 1, 1932, in Regina, SK. She moved to White Rock, BC with her family in 1966 and has resided in Calgary since 1981. While in Calgary, she worked for Gibsons Petroleum until her retirement in 1992. Maurine is remembered by Dennis (Bud) and Laura Jane; Brenda, Sheldon, Blake and Danielle; Lisa, Michael and James; Cyndie, Ralph, Chantell and Jayson; Wendie, Pat, Ryder and Mallory; Bryce and Tyler; Pat, Bev, Curtis, Scott and Stacy; and Shelley, Jim, Christopher and Dustin. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Mary. A Celebration of Maurine’s Life will be held at Thorncliffe Greenview Community Association (5600 Centre Street NE) on Monday, March 22, 2004 at 3:30 P.M.
