Obituary of Sybil Bercov

Sybil Bercov of Calgary, beloved mother of Mark Bercov of Calgary passed away at Beverly Nursing Home on Thursday, March 11 2004 at the age of 88 years. Sybil was active in Talmud Torah Home and School, Hadassah / Wizo, and a former President of the Shaarey Tzedec Sisterhood. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Mark Bercov; a brother Sidney Lax of Toronto. Sybil was predeceased by husband, Harry Bercov, and brother Allan Lax. Interment on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 2:00 P.M in the Jewish Cemetery (30th Avenue & Erlton Street S.W.). Arrangements in care of the CHEVRA KADISHA OF CALGARY, 1702 – 17th AVENUE S.W.
