Obituary of Martha Maria Schiele

Martha Schiele, beloved wife of Gunther Schiele of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Monday, March 8, 2004 at the age of 80 years. Martha was a Figure Skating Judge for over twenty-five years. She volunteered with the City of Calgary with the Adopt a Park Program, enjoyed nature walking and meeting people. Besides her loving husband Gunther, she is remembered by a brother and sister-in-law, Werner and Magda Gross of Germany. Martha was predeceased by her daughter Nicole Patricia, who was a Sub Lieutenant with the Royal Canadian Navy.
