Obituary of John Harris

John Harris, beloved husband of Martha Harris of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Friday, January 30, 2004 at the age of 68 years. John was born on October 12, 1935 in London, England. Besides his loving wife Martha, John is survived by his son Mark Harris; a daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Blair Kemp; grandchildren Megan and Darren Kemp, all from Calgary. He is also survived by his father John Harris of England; a brother George (Eva) Harris of England; Martha’s children, Helen Benavides her daughter Andrea, and son Sebastian; Karen (George) Curnew and son JP Pera; Hans (Cindy) Piepschyk and daughters Justine and Haley; Nicholas Martin; niece Denise (George) Tsares; nephew Trevor (Roshni) Higgs. John was predeceased by his first wife Shirley in 1991. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at 12:00 P.M.
