Obituary of Reuben William Hewison

Reuben William (Bill) Hewison, beloved husband of Evelyn of Calgary, passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at the age of 88 years. Bill was born in Stoughton, SK on September 8, 1915 and served twenty-seven years in the army, thirteen years at SAIT and retired at sixty-five years. Bill enjoyed the rest of his life during retirement and will be greatly and sadly missed. He is survived by his loving wife Evelyn; a daughter Liz Hewison of BC; one daughter-in-law Kae Hewison; three stepdaughters, Diane (Mel) Wright of CA, Vicki (WJ) Morris and Susan (George) Parramore, all of TX; six grandchildren, Christine, Danny, Kelly, Trina, Sara and Aaron; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Hugh on September 13, 2003. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Fish Creek Chapel on Friday, January 23, 2004 at 10:00 A.M.
