Obituary of Frank Kamphuis

Frank passed away peacefully at home December 31, 2003 at the age of 87 years. Frank is survived by his children, Frank (Donna) Kamphuis of Belleville, ON, Trudy Kamphuis of Canmore, AB, and Peggy (Elvin) Hultin of Calgary, AB; and his grandchildren Mark (Allison) Kamphuis of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Pamela (Troy) Kamphuis-Finnigan of Calgary. Frank was predeceased by his wife Dina. A most heartfelt thanks to G. Brown and the staff of Care In The Community for their compassion and support.
