Obituary of Florence Marie Blight

Florence Marie Blight (nee Pallesen) of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Thursday, January 1, 2004 at the age of 91 years. Florence was born January 9, 1912 in Calgary. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Dale Pollock and Jean and Ken MacDonald, all of Calgary; four grandchildren, Craig (Deb), Leanne (Dan), Sherry (Mike), and Lynn (Mike); and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Violet Clowes; and sister-in-law Iris Miller. Florence was predeceased by her husband Fred Blight; brother Albert Pallesen; and brother-in-law Norman Clowes. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Monday, January 5 2004 at 3:00 P.M. with Dr. Evelyn Buckley officiating.
