Obituary of Barbara Glover

Barb Glover, beloved wife of George Glover of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Wednesday, December 10 2003, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 58 years Barb was born October 12, 1945, here in Calgary. She lived in Calgary most of her life. For many years Barb was active with the Girl Guides and worked for Calgary Power / TransAlta. Through the years Barb also enjoyed travel and sports. She will always be loved and missed by her family. Besides her loving husband, Barb is also survived by her children, a son and daughter in-law Tom and Kelly; and a daughter Carolyn all of Calgary, two brothers Jim Bergman, and Ken and Hazel Fowler and sister in-law Irene Fowler. Barb is also survived by numerous loving extended family. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.), on Monday, December 15, 2003 at 2:30 P.M.
