Obituary of Conway Ernest Parsons

Conway Ernest (Ernie) Parsons, beloved husband of Anne Parsons of Calgary, passed away at the Agape Hospice on Sunday, November 23, 2003 at the age of 82 years. Besides his loving wife, Ernie is remembered by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Alan and Joan Parsons of Edmonton and Jim Parsons of Calgary; two grandchildren, Graham and Scott. He is also survived by one sister, Marj Zavitz and two brothers, Bill Parsons and Bob Parsons. Ernie served in the early days of World War II with RCAF Bomber Command and returned to Canada as an instructor at Navigation Schools across the country. He and his family came west to Calgary in 1961. Ernie was a golfer who enjoyed the friendship of so many people and was proud to be a long-standing member of Canyon Meadows Golf Course.
