Obituary of Ernesto Ernie Escozar LUMBA

July 15, 1949 – Manila, Philippines October 10, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Ernesto “Ernie” Escozar Lumba of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at the age of 68 years. Ernie enjoyed cooking, karaoke, basketball, and the outdoors. He loved entertaining and making people smile. Ernie was an easy-going, kind-hearted man. He was generous in spirit and would always help others, both friends and strangers alike. Ernie is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Maryann and Chad; stepchildren, Vanessa (Jimmy), Michael, and Jeffery; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Natasha, Raine, Jasmine, Lillian; siblings, Teresita, Corazon, Lourdes, Soledad, and Bienvenido Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Ernie was predeceased by parents Virginia and Bienvenido Sr; siblings, Emmanuel, Jesusa, Josephine; and nephew Emmanuel John.
