Condolences
To my great friend, confidaunt and mentor your passing saddens me so much that there are no words strong enough or meaningful enough to explain how much your loss effects me. Your knowledge, wit, wisdom, and every thing you were has had a profound effect on me ,who I was ,who I have becomeand where I will be in the future. I will be forever touched by everything you. God please keep him safe until we meet again when we can share a steak dinner and a beautiful.
Sincerely and with a heavy heart

My heart is heavy finding that my dear friend has gone. He will be missed dearly by many people who knew and loved him. I’m sorry I didn’t get that one more smile. I had the honor of working with him in the hospitality industry. His one liners were classic never to be forgotten. Rest in peace Darlink! Love you!
To Gord’s Sister Gail, Brothers Ron and Norm, the Family and all who Gord considered as friends. Like many I was saddened with the passing of Gord, as this world has truly lost one of it’s better citizens. Having only met him later in life, I was impressed with his caring for his family, his friends and all who he knew. His sense of humor and “one liner jokes” always provided a good laugh. You will be missed, but remembered for the person you were. Rest in peace my friend.

Although we were not immediate family, my son Taylor, his fiancé Victoria and myself were a major part of Gords extended family for many years. He showed and told us how much we were loved daily and we will truly miss that.
Gord, we love you dearly and you will be in our hearts forever.
Hugs and kisses
I will miss you Gord. Thanks for all the laughs and good times.
To Gord’s sister and brothers,
Everyone who had the pleasure of meeting Gord, left with a smile. He was a true friend and mentor.
He made his career about the love of people, and we love him dearly. His spirit will live on forever.
Love Barb and Zach Montgomery
Joe was such a pleasure to work with. He always had the biggest smile and was such a kind spirited soul. You will be forever missed. Love Antonia Greenhill
I am deeply saddened by my Uncle Gordie’s passing. He was one of the kindest men I have ever known. He entered my life when I was six years old and we shared many treasured memories of the Pfeiffer family members he so loved. He shared many of his happiest years with the love of his life and wife Erika (Pfeiffer) Coleman and loved his “son” Rudy Coleman immensely and adored his daughter in law Dina. He had a love for hockey and spent many years coaching Rudy on his teams. He was predeceased by Rudy and never got over his loss. Uncle Gordie spent many years managing Hy’s Steak House in Vernon BC and was affiliated with numerous restaurants in Saskatchewan and Calgary. He was the successful owner of “Pizza Peddler” as well as “Flings and Taters” and received outstanding business awards. He was a true business man and was known and loved by many. My husband had a special bond with his Uncle “Gordordo”. They spent many hours watching hockey, laughing at their own jokes, and many stories were told. I want to extend my sympathies to his other extended family and friends; Wally Crooks and her son Taylor and his fiancé Victoria, his loyal and committed friend Amy Leger as well as my brother Robert and numerous nieces and nephews of the Pfeiffer family. He shared a great friendship with the late Billy Powers and cherished his long friendship with Ken Bowie. He will be greatly missed by many. Deborah Pfeiffer Dvorkin and David Dvorkin
Gordie will be missed by those he loved in his family and in his friendships. Always a smile and a happy face. I will remember the days gone by and the last time we were together in the garden.
I am saddened by the loss of Gord. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing and working with Gord for the better part of 10 years. Always enjoyed the many conversations that I was able to have with him.He was an amazing and caring human being.
I will miss you my friend!
