Obituary of Mary Rae ESLINGER

February 21, 1931 – Calgary, Alberta January 24, 2016 – Cochrane, Alberta Mary Rae Eslinger of Cochrane Alberta, passed away on Sunday, 24 January, 2016, at the age of 84 years. Mary Rae was born in Calgary in 1931. She married her husband Harold in 1950 and since lived in Calgary and retired to Canmore, and finally Cochrane, Alberta. Mary Rae had a kind, caring and generous spirit and shared her love, stories and humour with all. She always had time to gather with family and friends to celebrate life and make new memories. She loved the outdoors, recreation and travel. Mary Rae is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren: Dale (Adele), three grandchildren (Daniel [Tracy], Matthew [Teresa], Paul) and two great-grandchildren; Lyle (Gloria), grandchildren (Cole [Jessica], Amanda [Lance]) and one great-grandchild; Pat (Jan), grandchildren (Jill [Jay], Alyssa [Curtis]) and one great-grandchild; Susan (Todd), grandchildren (Jennifer [Kornel], Stephanie) and one great-grandchild; Lynn (Dennis), grandchildren (Carolyn [Ken], James [Lisa]) and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Dorothy, father Raymond, and a brother Ranald. A Celebration of Mary Rae’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through .
