1947-2016 “A man’s reach should be beyond his grasp, or what’s heaven for” – Robert Browning Thank you to my beautiful wife Susan for her unconditional love and care (Love You One Day Past Forever); our exceptional children Jonathan, Jilla and Adam; their supportive spouses Rhonda, Steve and Jill; wonderful “Grandmonsters” Graycen, Griffin, Isabelle, Eric, Elise, Augustus, Windsor and my sisters Pam Johnston and Martha Mawer and their families. I was predeceased by my sister Stephanie Sutherland. Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because I had a wonderful 68 years of life-well lived, well ended. At my direction no service is to be held and cremation has taken place.
