Condolences
Dear Mr Brown , Duane & Kingsley and family
I share in your loss and sadness today. Mrs. Brown was very special to me and I value and appreciate her committed love and friendship she showed our family and my mom especially, and her support of my dads ministry. She stuck with us through the good times and the rough, and she never judged. She was just always there to show she cared and loved us unconditionally. I will miss her encouraging words of how proud she was of me. I will miss having a cup of tea with your mom and I will always remember how she took pride in her Dream V’s!
Thank you Mrs Brown for loving us, I will miss you dearly, but will cherish the good example that you showed me through your time with us.
Maranda
I also wanted to say, thank you to Mrs Brown for always remembering my birthday and anniversary!
I will miss your cards !
Love Maranda

Our family was shocked and saddened to hear of Daphne’s passing. The Browns and the Thompsons have been family for over 30 years and she was the centre that held us all together. Bert & Daphne met at Cubs over 30 years ago and became domino partners for many, many games. The New Years Dinners, dances, Friday nights, rice & peas – so very many happy memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Keith and the boys. Love from Mr. & Mrs. T.
So sorry to hear of Daphne’s sudden passing. She was a wonderful, kind, sweet and funny lady and I will miss her very much. My sincere condolences to her family, whom she spoke so highly of and with so much love.

Jesus said, “ I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live”
Daphne, we are going to miss seeing you at Wednesday night prayer meeting and Friday night bible study. We will miss your Birthday and Christmas cards that you so faithfully sent at the beginning of the Christmas season each year. We will miss your stories and your contagious laughter. You were loved by many and will be sincerely missed by all.
To the Brown family. Although no words of sympathy can ease the loss you bear. We hope you can find some comfort knowing that we truly care. We understand how hard it is to be apart from the one you love, and our prayer for you is that Jesus will draw you close to Him and bring peace, hope, and comfort, knowing he is always near, especially during this time of sorrow; and the assurance that one day you will be reunited with your mom and wife.
With Sympathy and Love

I was saddened to hear of a great friend, fellow Scouter and former worker Daphne had passed away. Daphne had a smile and hug when you where down, she always made time for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sadness.
Dear Keith it is with a sad heart that I am writing this note to you.
Please accept our deepest sympathy to you and the boys and the entire
family.
Your Friend,
George and Lois Cavalier.
We were profoundly saddened and shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Daphne. Daphne was with us for 17 years and was part of our “extended family”. We miss seeing her smiling face in the morning but we do have the chuckles shared through the years. When I wore a blue shirt she would say “Oh Uncle Bill, that’s my favorite colour!” For fun I wore a different blue shirt three days in a row and every morning it was “Oh! My favorite colour Uncle Bill!” And then a giggle and laugh as she said “Will it be four days!?” I almost went and bought another blue shirt for the fourth day. At the company Christmas parties she would say Grace before the meal and you knew that it was only to be said by her. She was kind, funny, everyone loved her hot sauce, and would always say “What can I do for you My Dear?” There are so many memories with Daphne as part of the family.
To Keith and her boys, we can’t imagine what you are going through and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
There are people in your life that touch you in a way that stays with you forever and she was one of those gracious people. We will miss Daphne.

We are all deeply shocked and saddened by Daphne’s passing. We will always have fond memories of her. Thank you Daphne for keeping us all in line.
I am saddened to learn of the passing of my dear friend Daphne. Her and I have had an unbending friendship after I was introduced to her at the “Drain Doctor” many, many years ago.
She has always been there to listen, give a kind word of hope and cheer under any circumstance. I will surely miss my Christmas and Anniversary Cards which she so generously and thoughtfully never forgot to send.
To Keith and Family, please know how much I share your loss and pain. She is Lovingly Remembered by me and all those whose hearts and minds she has touched.
Praying that time will heal your sadness. There is comfort in the beautiful memories. Others share your sorrows and you are not alone. We are very sorry for the loss of your beloved mother & wife. She will be missed.
My family and I are deeply saddened to hear of Daphne’s passing and wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Keith, Nathan, Duane, Kingsley and all the other family members.
I have known Daphne for over 47 years and have many fond memories of the fun loving and generous spirit she had. I called her “the card lady”. She never forgot to send a card no matter what the occasion. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by all the lives she touched over the years. She will always be in our hearts. Friends forever.
Flo & Family
