Obituary of Jacqueline Annette McCORMICK

February 25, 1954 – Port Arthur, Ontario May 21, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Jackie McCormick of Calgary passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Jackie was born on February 25, 1954 and was always willing to help others her whole life. She put in this world more than she ever took out. Retiring from Lucerne Foods after numerous years of service, she enjoyed her retirement with the love of her life Gordie. Their lunches, time with friends and granddaughter Twig. Unfortunately when the love of her life, after 40 years of marriage Gordie passed away in 2011, Jackie’s heart was broken and was never to be mended. Jackie is survived by her daughter Angela McCormick (Shane); granddaughter Kali (Twig); her aunt Anne and cousins Gabi and Marcus; as well as numerous relatives and friends. A private graveside will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded through .
