Obituary of Valentin Jose Maximiano FURTADO

May, 29, 1925 – Nairobi, Kenya March, 22, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Valentin Furtado beloved husband of Sylvia Furtado of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the age of 89 years. Besides his loving wife of fifty-six years, Val is survived by son Alastair (Maureen); two grandchildren Ryan and Kathryn (Sarah). He is also survived by his brother Christie (Angela), his sister Olga; sister-in-law Amalia; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Val was predeceased by his brother Menino and brother-in-law Chico.
