Condolences
We send our love to Kathie and family. I haven’t seen John and Kathie since the 70’s and as I remember them they were a beautiful couple. My husband never met them but knows how I seen their relationship as people being in love. Life sure going fast for some of us but our love always continues and is a never ending cycle when we come back for our new life. We Irene Irving Carrey and Real Carrey send our energies of love to their energies of love.
Sincere sympathy to Kathie and family gone to soon but not forgotten.

John has been part of our family for a very long time. It is with great sadness to know that he will not be able to watch his grandchildren grow up, as they loved him so much. Of course he dearly loved them, as well as his children and many relatives. He was always a great person to talk to and had time for everyone. His charm and good looks are legendary. Him and I shared the love of the same music and when I got a look at his record albums, they are pretty much the same artists as I had in my collection (he had more though). He will be hugely missed by anyone who knew him now or in the past. My sympathy to Kathie, Jason and Jasmine, I'm sure you will help each other get through this part of your lives together. My sympathy also goes out to the rest of the family, especially those in Calgary.

My deepest condolences to my sister, Kathie, nephew Jason, niece Jasmine, John's sister Patti, mother Shirley, and the extended family, as well as friends. I hope you can find comfort and peace through this difficult time. My thoughts are with you all.
I remember John as young husband and father, who enjoyed music, camping and being with friends and family. I am sure his spirit and memory will live on.
Rest in peace, John.

I knew John very well in high school when he was on the track team. Such an amazing person, so I knew that when he had a family they would be the most important part of his life. Cancer is such an awful disease and knows no boundaries taking people far too early. My heart breaks for your loss. He is now at peace and watching down over everyone he loved. Be good and kind to yourselves during this devastating time. My heartfelt sympathies go out to you. Sleep peacefully John, you deserve.
Warmest regards,
Dawn (Mitchell) Knoll
John was truly an amazing man from the inside out.
I am very proud to have known him and even prouder to have been able to call him my Step dad for many many years and even happier to be able to call him the best Grampi to my 3 children who love him deeply.
We will all miss him so very much but knowing we were able to have him in our lives for the time we did makes us so Happy and Proud.
Love you and miss you John.
Rest in peace.
You weren't only a good husband, a good father and a good grandfather. You were also a great friend.
Rest in peace, my friend
