Condolences
Whenever I think of Bob i can't help but smile. He was certainly one of a kind. Best boss I ever had. Shared some great memories especially in Beirut 1972 & 1973. Get togethers were always fun and interesting. Shared many delicious meals and watched our kids grow up together. Hugs to Carmen and the girls - wish we could deliver in person.

Bob had many titles but the one we know best is Friend. We have so many wonderful memories of our friend. Dinner parties complete with gourmet food, Bob's 50th birthday party complete with A huge sign and his reaction to the sign. Chopping trees for fire wood and of course Valentine's Dinner at "Off Center" many more to numerous to mention.
Carmen, Kimberly, Tracey and Leslie our arms are around you at this difficult time. Love from Verla and Peter lawn and
Dear Carmen,
I was sorry to hear about Bob, but what saddens me more than his death (we will all die) was his quality of life (lack of) the last several months. It's a real shame that some of us have to deal with that. My Mom told me several times before she died "I just want to go to sleep and not wake up". Wish we could do that before it's too late.
You and Bob have been good friends for more than 50 years and we had many good times together. Some I remember, and some I don't remember so well! But I do remember your kindness to Angela when she came to Dallas to look at houses before we moved from New Orleans, bringing a basket of wine to our house on Earthwind to start the fillup of our 108 bottle wine rack(never did fill that), leaving my car with Bob for a couple days and coming back to find that he had repaired about 5-6 things that needed fixing, etc.
Please convey my condolences to the girls and tell them their Dad was one of the good guys. Sincerely, Bruce Wood
