Obituary of Carletta Karen BENJAMIN

It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of beloved mother of Emilio (Chevine), Kyan, and Vern, Carletta Karen Benjamin on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the age of 40 years.

Carletta is survived by her parents Jackie (Randy); siblings, Cornell (Holly), Harviene, Donald, Samantha, Lewis (Marika), Colton (Sara), Tinena, Dwayne, Randie Jr., Derrik (Lynel),  Suzanne (Riley), Darcy (Renee), Martin, Claudette, Olivia (Desi). She will also be remembered by her aunties Mina (Charles), Eva (Van),Florence (Bruce), Dedrienne; grandpa’s, Derrick, Paul, Floyd, Uncles Ollie (Laine), Elliott, Lawrence, grandma, Tina Poucette; adopted mom, Barbara Morris; special nephews and nieces, Harrison, Brady, Frank, Rashaun, Annabelle, Annamarie, Madison; special sister friend Claudette; special aunt, Mina. We apologize if we have missed anyone.

Carletta was predeceased by her father, Vern; paternal grandparents, Paul (Lily); maternal grandparents, Donald (Evangeline); brother, Jamie; uncles, Michael, Rudy, Gregson, Moses; aunties, Velma, Lorinda, and Kim.

Wake Services will be held at the residence of Donald Benjamin (Morley, AB) on July 12th and 13th .  Funeral Services will be held at the residence of Elliott Benjamin (Morley, AB) on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.  Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery (Morley, AB).  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Carletta’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
