Obituary of Carol Mary KEMPT

November 16, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Carol Kempt of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at the age of 91 years.

Born in Cosine, SK in 1929, Carol moved to Calgary where she met and married Keith Kempt in 1955. She spent most of her career working as a school secretary for the Calgary Board of Education, which she found very fulfilling and enjoyed immensely.

Predeceased by her husband Keith, Carol is survived by her loving family: daughters, Shelly (Kerry) and Karen (Mike); her grandchildren, Keighla (Kevin), Brenna, Nicole and Justin; great-grandchild Anna; and sisters, Anne and Lillian.

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister – she will forever be in our hearts and missed by those whose life she touched.

The family would like to thank the dedicated staff on Unit 6 West at SkyPointe Agecare for their unfailing kindness and the excellent care they provided to Carol over the past two years.
