Condolences
Dear Jane:
Ruth and I were very sorry to just now read of Fred's passing in the New Trail. Fred was my best man at our wedding in 1961 and he and I roomed together during our third year at UofA. I am sorry that we lost touch with Fred soon after we moved to Halifax though I tried unsuccessfully in later years to find him.
Needless to say I enjoyed Fred's company and he was good friend. Please accept these very belated condolences

Dear Jane, Deeply sorry to hear of Fred’s passing. I think Fred and I came to Women’s College at about the same time. There are certain people who touch the lives of those they know and Fred was one who made my job so much easier. Those memories will stay with me! He was selfless and so kind with his knowledge and cool demeanour. May memories bring you comfort! Don and I regret we were not aware you had come to Alberta. Would have loved to re-connect.
Don and Marilynn.
We are deeply saddened to learn of Fred’s passing.Fred was an admired friend and supervisor at Mount Sinai Hospital. He will be sorely missed. Our condolences go to the Unger family at this time.
With deepest sympathy
Robert. And Diane Wilson
