Condolences
Dear Germaine, Celine, Don and Rob; both Pat and I were very sorry to hear that John passed away last week. Over the years, John and all of you have always been very kind and welcoming to our family and it is greatly appreciated. I was very fortunate to have had many very enjoyable experiences with John including golfing in Palm Springs, skiing, playing cards and many others. John met and got to know several of my friends and without exception he was very well liked and respected by all of them. We’re very sorry that we could not attend the funeral, due to Covid restrictions; however we did watch the video. Brad’s tribute to John was very good and reflected how we felt about him in many ways. Hopefully, having many wonderful memories of John will bring some solace and peace to all of you. Love, Tom and Pat Holland

Uncle John,
You were such a great uncle. Always full of fun, laughter and teasing. Highlights of the summer growing up were trips to Calgary to see the MacEachen family. Hanging out with our cousins and getting spoiled by Auntie Germaine's cooking and Uncle John's ability to make you feel special and so welcome. Thank you for all the wonderful memories.
Love, Julie xoxo
Dad was an amazing father, always there for me no matter what time of day or night. He was an excellent friend, father and grandfather. Fun to be with, fun to play games with, still strong when problems needed to be solved. It is an honour to to be here for him.
Love you Grandpa!
You were a truly great man and I will forever miss you.
I expect my Dad was there to welcome you with a round of golf and a beer.
Nikki
