Condolences
John and I were so sorry to hear about Arnold. We have many good memories because Arnold and Jobie were such fun people.
Years ago, Arnold would come down to Gwinner, ND, USA to teach. We got acquainted and learned that we shared many of the same interests. We traveled to Fargo, ND USA one time to see the museum at Bonanza ville. Arnold was driving and John was up front with him. Jobie and I were in the back seat. I'll never forget looking up and thinking, "Oh my goodness, Arnold is going 120 miles per hour!!!". Completely forgetting that his speedometer registered in kilometers. I felt so silly and we all had a good laugh.
This earth has lost a marvelous person. May the family find comfort in knowing how many lives Arnold touched.
Sincerely,
Georgette and John PicKell
Gwinner ND USA

Rest in peace, Arnold my old school friend. From Terry Grover and my wife Starr-Anne
SAIT's ALIVE (The Association of Retired and Former employees of SAIT and their spouses) extend their deepest sympathy.
I'm truly sorry to hear that Arnold has passed away. I was lucky to have him as an instructor at SAIT, and I tell you that man was smart when it came to hydraulic. I was lucky to run into him at Tim's one day and that's when I met Jobie and would sit at times for coffee and chat with him. He was kind enough to let me come to his house when he was moving and let me have some of his private collection of books. That's when I found out that he was from Fairview where I also grew up. It's a small world. I will miss him and may your memories help to ease your loss. Our thoughts are with all of you.
Mike Millan and Family.
