Condolences
I was extremely saddened by the sudden death of Diana. I have many wonderful memories of Diana. We went on an Alaskan trip together ( in our younger years), went to Notre Dame and University of Calgary together, lived as roommates as a student, drove to Moose Jaw to meet her family, and kept up our friendship with visits, lunches, and coffee throughout the years. Diana was always cheerful and positive. She had a contagious smile at all times. She was well versed with Bible stories and passages and we shared much time discussing them. I had just seen and had lunch several times with Diana during this last summer. I drove to her place in October to see her again, unbeknownst that she had already gone to her Saviour. I have some pictures of her and us that I keep in my memoir book. I pray for her family as I realize it will be a very sad Christmas without her. I know exactly what her mother is going through as I also lost a sister before my mother died. It certainly is not meant to lose a child before a parent. So to the family, I know you will continue to remember all the lovely memories and her beautiful smile as she now looks down upon you. May God bless her and protect her as she is now in God’s garden of Angels. Lots of love to you in heaven, Diana, and always remembered as special friends to each other.
Diana was a long time friend of our family. She was a warm, caring and kind person that genuinely cared about everyone she knew. She was an especially devoted friend to our elderly mother (Dorothy) until her passing in 2012. Her kindness will forever be remembered. Sincere condolences to all her family.

My condolences to Diana’s family and loved ones.
I was a former colleague of Diana’s at Acadia Elementary many years ago. It was her organizational abilities and caring for children, that has stayed with me. I am saddened to learn of her passing. May warm memories of her be a comfort at this time.
Memories of Diana
Around 1980, Diana came to Hawaii with me when I took my mother on a holiday there.
In 1981, you were the maid of honor at my wedding to Steve at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Calgary.
For many years we would meet for walks around the city and discuss many topics.
We wish to express our condolences to all of your family. They will miss you.

I taught school with Diana at Lake Bonavista Elementary. She was a dedicated and hard working teacher who always had a smile on her face. It was a pleasure to work with her.

My deepest sympathy to the Sargeant family on the loss of Diana. Another link in your family chain has been broken. Cherish your memories and enjoy your time together remembering your sister. My thoughts are with your mom and hope she finds peace as I know it doesn’t matter what age your child is – it always leaves a hole in your heart. Take care and know that many people share in your loss.
