Condolences
My deep condolences to the family of Sehubo Ekundayo Cadmus. He asked us to address him as "Cady". I met Cady at the University of Calgary in the mid 1970's while studying for geology. A group of students including Cady studied in a certain area of the campus and each day Cady arrived with a cheerful smile, upbeat energetic attitude and an understanding of the study material which had been assigned by the chemistry prof. Cady was a good student and had a great memory. During study breaks Cady occasionally told us of his former life in Nigeria which was interesting and educational. Cady kindly invited us to his home for a party one summer where we had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife Christiana, daughter Debbie and son Sunday. I was shocked and saddened to learn today of Christiana's passing in May 2019 and Cady's passing shortly thereafter in August 2019. I regret not knowing about the funeral services but plan to pay my respects to Christiana and Cady at the Queen's Park Cemetery. "Dear graceful Christiana and Cady, when it is my turn to pass on from this life I do hope to see you both again so we can talk and laugh together."
