Condolences
Sheena and family; thank you so much for sharing your last few months of Paul with us at Poplar Lane. It was a pleasure getting to know you all, I just wish it was under different circumstances. Paul had such a gentle and joking nature and could make anyone smile with his grin. He and all of you are greatly missed at 3N. My thoughts are with all of you as you start this next journey without Paul.
Hugs to you all;
Stephanie B.
So sorry to hear of Paul's passage, he was a wonderful colleague and friend during our years together at the Town of Canmore - the consummate professional in handling some difficult matters and dealing with very difficult people. My sincere condolences to Sheena, Gavin and Kirsten and family.

It was a privilege to have worked with Paul at RCR. Being new, he always took the time to explain things and check in. He had positive outlook and was an interesting conversationalist. We even got to have a few “board” meetings on our RCR ski days. My sincere condolences to the family.
I met Paul at You Quest several years ago and spent time hiking, playing pool and badminton. Paul was such a nice man and always had that great smile. I called him Mr. Bates and he always liked that and we had some great conversations on the tour bus.
He will be missed by Sheena and the kids and grandchildren. I hope Paul is in that place were there is no more pain and no more dementia suffering. It was great to know Paul, and Sheena you will be blessed for being such a good caregiver to him. I will miss him dearly but for the family I hope you will cherish and remember all the good times you had with him. A lot of good memories and he lived in a lot of different places with the family.
God Bless You Sheena and the kids.
Sincerely
Kevin and Lorraine Lacharity
Paul was a true gentleman and a great friend. I have great tennis memories with him where we played many years together before I had to relocated to Houston. I am saddened and shocked , we lost a great & kind man.

I am shocked and saddened by the passing of Paul. He was still young in my books and I will always remember him as fit, active and healthy. His character sought compromise and accommodation in all negotiations to yield a 'win-win', He was the quintessential "good guy.' My heart goes out to Sheena and the 'kids' for their loss. All my best as you grieve this loss and passing.
