Obituary of Lois Knecht

Lois Knecht, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the age of 69 years.
Lois was born in Innisfail, Alberta, on May 17, 1953. She volunteered with Brownies and with Aunts at large with a little girl named Sunshine.
Lois accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her daughter Marissa getting married to the love of her life Joe. She was very proud of her son Shawn for graduating high school.
Lois enjoyed knitting, playing bingo, working on crossword puzzles and sudoku books. She was an avid reader and loved to read all kinds of novels. Lois loved all nature but was especially fond of butterflies and hummingbirds. She also had a love for cats.
She will be most remembered for her sweet and caring nature and how she would always put others before herself, even towards the end.
Lois is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marissa and Joe Fuller of Salmon Arm, B.C.; and two stepsons, Frank Jr and Shawn Szala of Calgary, Alberta, three grandchildren, Ashton Fuller, Araya and Roman Rudcovski, and Reece Fuller of Salmon Arm, B.C.; her great grandson, Leo Rudcovski of Salmon Arm, B.C. Lois is also survived by sister Joyce Webb of Calgary, Alberta: as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Lois was predeceased by her father Theodore and mother Emma; as well as two brothers Cliff and Dale and her sister Ardena. She was also predeceased by her stepson Steve Szala.
