Obituary of Robyn De Asis

It is with deep sadness that the family of Robyn De Asis announce her peaceful demise in her parents’ arms at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary, AB, on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at the age of two years.

Robyn was born in Calgary, AB on March 28, 2021. At a very young age she enjoyed the simple things; wind on her face, eating together with family, playing with her parents and sibling, reading books, the outdoors, playing chase and cuddling her parents before bed.

She will be most remembered for her contagious laugh, hugs and kisses, beautiful smile, and her sweet and loving demeanour. She touched many lives and was loved by people she met. She is deeply loved by her mom, dad, little brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others. She will always remain her family’s precious little girl.

Robyn is survived by her father Enrique Miguel De Asis, mother Maureen De Asis and younger sibling Nathan De Asis.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.  Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McInnis & Holloway (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
