Condolences
I met Graham towards the end of my career and needing a change from Halifax, Graham provided me with a great job in Calgary. I was only going to stay for a few years then retire back to Nova Scotia, but I met a wonderful lady named Pat worked in the same Calgary office. Pat and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary in a couple of weeks. From the bottom of my heart I thank you Graham for providing me with a terrific life, rich with joy, happiness and family. Rest in Peace good Sir!
Sorry to hear of Graham’s passing. Great recollections of time served with Graham while he was Director, Sydney Taxation Office.

Joan and family, we are so saddened by Graham’s passing. As a friend and colleague, Graham was a pleasure to be with. His stories of past times were a treasure; his advice for the future was always thoughtful and true. It has been our great fortune to have known Graham all these years.

I had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Graham through golf over the past 7 years. My wife Anne also met him via golf sparing for others in our 4 person group. He was knowledgeable about many things and enjoyed life and time with family and friends. We will miss him and pray he rests in peace and happiness.
