Born in 1986 in Calgary, AB, Chelsea Dawn Caldwell passed away Oct 30 2023. May our ancestors and creator welcome her beautiful soul, may her love find her the rest after a hard and fulfilling journey. Chelsea is survived by family and friends, including her mother, grandpa, uncles, aunties, siblings, lovers and niece.

As a true Calgary lady, our Chelsea was born, raised, lived, loved, laughed and passed away here in the city. She made many friends and shared her light with many people, enjoying dancing, music, arts, crafts, painting, cooking, camping and fighting... She lived fully and happily for her time, taking immense pride in helping her family and friends. She enjoyed peace and love, and had no trouble standing up for what is right.

She cared for many and made a point of helping her loved ones. In her later years of life, she expressed her strength in her struggle to survive, facing extreme odds including physical injury and loss. She dealt with a lot and fought for her people and her own life. She never gave up, and like her grandma she had the will to continue living her best life and decided. She loved kids, and played a big role in raising us "minis" as she said. She would open her window just to listen to kids’ laughter and little song birds she called "chirpies". Her love and light continues to shine with many people who she touched. Love you forever and always. See you again. And thank you so much for being here with us, sharing your life and beauty with world, you made it worth it for us, a better place. Be at peace.
