We were so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He has been an outstanding neighbour to us for many years. He was always a very kind man to us and showed genuine interest in our family. He had a great sense of humour. We will miss seeing him puttering out in his back yard. We loved watching all of his yard decorations move in the wind. Our thoughts are with his family.
