Condolences
I was sad to hear of Laura’s passing. I worked with Laura for many years. She was a kind hearted, sweet lady. It was good to hear that you were both still going on your travel adventures. It had been many years since I had heard from Laura but I did think of her and had wondered how she was enjoying retirement. Sending my condolences to Richard and her family. Lisbeth
We are saddened to hear of Laura's passing. Laura was such a kind, lovely lady. Cherished friend, and wonderful neighbor to our Mom, Carol, and Dad, Rodger. Sending our sincere condolences to Richard and family. Margaret and Joelle
Deb and I offer our condolences.
Our thoughts are with you and your family.
Deb and I have many fond memories of spending time with you and Laura.
We will never forget the good times we shared with you and Laura at the Stage West New Year's Eve events.
I only met Laura a few times, but she certainly left a lasting impression. She had a dazzling brilliant smile and she was the consummate hostess in her home. I was wowed by her amazing scrapbooking skills that so perfectly captured and preserved all of the wonderful trips she and Richard had together. May those memories bring you much joy and comfort in the days to come.
We are saddened to read of Laura's passing. We cruised with her and Richard over the years and always enjoyed their company. We will remember Laura for her great smile, love of apple pie and the great joy she had for travel.
Our sincere condolences Richard. We met Laura and Richard almost 20 years ago on a cruise ship in the Amazon. We’ve enjoyed many evenings talking of travel, cruises and destinations. Laura was a special, loving person. She loved Richard, her friends, cheetahs, a good steak and our “Murphy”
May Laura’s memory be a blessing, warm your heart and bring a smile to your face when the tears are gone. Love Gay and Doug

Laura became my friend when she dated my brother Richard.
Laura became my sister when she married him.
How lucky I felt to have the kind of relationship that we shared.
You’re my sister yes but above all we were friends who knew each other by heart.
I will miss all the great times that all 3 of us shared together.
RIP Sister
Laura was an exceptional person, charming, kind and generous. A friend indeed. Val and I were privileged to have her and Richard as friends for so many years but, at least, Richard is still with us. At our age we have lost too many important to us but that's life, unfortunately. The upside is our fond memories of good times together.
Laura was a wonderful friend. She stayed with me on a day of anxiety comforting me with her gentle voice. I will always be grateful for her friendship. Valerie Klatt
I only had the privilege of meeting Laura a few times when she popped into the office to visit Richard and having supper with other co-workers on another occasion. She was such a lovely lady to talk to and the beautiful books she created about their many trips were lovely to look at. I was glad to hear that she got to meet some cheetahs as it sounded like the perfect way to end their travelling times together. You have left many wonderful memories behind. Rest in Peace Laura. You and Richard were a beautiful couple together.
Dear Richard, David, Michael and families
Laura will be sadly missed. She was a wonderful friend of mine for 32 years. I loved her sense of humour and determination. We enjoyed collecting and comparing our Portmeirion china dishes and having each other over for delicious, homemade dinners. She took such pride in making the recipe books for her sons. I was the lucky recipient of those cookbooks and have many favorites from her collection.
I hope your many fond memories will bring comfort during this difficult time. Becky Job and Patrick Marks
