Obituary of Jeannine Marie Mosmann

November 5, 1930 - December 1, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and gratitude for a life well lived that we announce the passing of Jane on December 1, 2023, at the age of 93.

Our hearts are broken as we say goodbye to a truly wonderful woman. Jane was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and a dear friend to many. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Jane was the second of four children born on the family farm near Marcelin, Saskatchewan to Romeo and Lorette Renaud. The family eventually relocated to Kimberley, BC and that is where she met and married Arnold. The family grew over the next few years with the addition of Wayne, Gail and Don. In the early 1960’s the family settled in Calgary.

After working hard at raising a family, Jane and Arnold enjoyed a healthy and happy retirement. They travelled into Mexico, ventured across the USA on a road trip, and eventually settled in as snowbirds in Yuma. Summers back in Calgary were spent at the RV at Country Lane Estates. Jane and Arnold loved to dance and spend time with friends.

Jane was a dedicated wife and mother and her love for her family was unparalleled. She leaves behind an incredible legacy of love, resilience and unwavering support.

Jane is remembered by her loving husband Arnold; children Wayne (Veronica) and Gail (Frank); daughter-in-law Sherry; grandchildren Chelsea (Devin) and Brett (Natalie); sister-in-law Yvonne and brother-in-law John. She was predeceased by her son Donald and siblings, Yvette, Andrew and Rose.

We love you, miss you and you will be forever in our hearts.
