Gordon taught me and my sisters art when we were little. Every class with him was the best. I’ll never forget when you introduced us all to your daughter Matilda and you made sure to tell us she would be self conscious cause she was so skinny so we shouldn’t comment on it to her. And then you showed us Matilda, a wee Halloween skeleton and it was the funniest thing ever. I tell everybody this story when I talk about Gord and our classes. I’m sorry I didn’t get to see you one last time, I’ll miss you forever Gord. You were the best teacher I ever knew. Hilarious and always helpful and so kind in class. truly one in a million. Godspeed you glorious bastard, love you Gord <3 sending lots of love to your lovely family, I’m so sorry for your loss.
