Obituary of Karen Isobelle Lyons

Karen Lyons (nee Anderson), beloved wife of the late Dale Grant, of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the age of 74 years.

Karen was born in Calgary and attended the University of Calgary where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education.

Karen is survived by her two sons, Trevor (Laurie) and Kelly (Chantal); and her three grandchildren, Ethan, Julia, and Chloe. She is also survived by her brother, Hal (Penny) and her Aunt Francis. Karen was predeceased by her husband Dale Lyons and mother Joan R. Marshall.

Karens family would like to thank the staff of Auburn Heights Retirement Residence and Millrise Seniors Village for all the great care over the years.

The family has requested no flowers be sent. Per Karens wishes, a private family celebration will be held in the spring.
