Condolences
Janice was a dear friend to me for almost 20 years. We spent time walking, hiking and laughing together. We prayed and talked about the Lord together often, encouraging each other in our faith. Janice was a prayer warrior, and I was so grateful for the way she regularly prayed for each of my children, my husband, and me. She loved old hymns and Christmas music, and would often send me her favorites to listen to and inspire me. Janice loved you, her family members, fiercely. She was so thankful for her upbringing, and loved spending time with her nephews, Josh and Nathan.
Throughout her battle with cancer, Janice praised the Lord for His goodness and mercy. She often quoted Paul from Philippians 1:21 - "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." Janice had no doubt that her Lord and Savior was preparing a place for her in Heaven, and that she would be with Him in her true Home when her life here was done. I will miss Janice greatly in my life, and will continue to pray for each of you, Janice's family members, as you remember the strong, faithful, caring woman Janice was. May God give you peace and comfort.
Janice was an inspiration to me in her challenge with her cancer. I will remember her as an ardent prayer warrior who desired to seek the Lord with her whole heart. She prayed for my family through many of life’s challenges. I will miss her input into my life and although we will miss her here, I am so thankful that she is in the arms of her loving Savior and we will see her again in eternity.
I will be praying for the family’s peace and comfort from the Prince of Peace as they grieve.
In our glorious Redeemer’s name,
Pam
