Condolences
I am sad to just hear of Mike's passing. We were childhood friends and have reconnected on Facebook. It was nice to chat about the old days and catch up on each other's lives. You will be missed my friend. Sending much love and condolences to his family and friends. RIP Mike
My hearfelt condolences go ouI met go out to Mike's families and loved ones. He was truly one of the good guys, we met on the dance floor at Vecova Many years ago when we were both new students to 'the dance'. One memory I have is dancing up a storm at one of the socials and my shoe snapped and went flying across the floor - we had a good laugh. These times were so fun.
It was also an honour to catch a couple of his plays and witness his full round of talent. Mike I was looing forward to having a dance at one of the events in the spring, but, I will catch up with you on the other side...
Warm regards, Amber
My sincere heartfelt condolences , upon (just learning) of Mikes sudden passing. Mike and I first met , when I was working at Palliser Furniture, He was there fixing electrical issues and Mike and I visited and got along very well.
Fast forward 20 years and we net again, when I auditioned for Nose Creek Players and was castes with Mike. We did a few live theatres together, shared so many laughs while rehearsing, on stage, and he constantly encouraged me , and boosted my self esteem.
I am forever grateful. He will be sorely missed and is gone too soon. Godspeed Mike and please know that the many precious memories you gave to so many will keep you alive and well in our hearts forever
I met Michael on the dance floor as he was a student of my daughter, with whom he competed in Pro Am division dancing. I fondly remember him teaching me the Arizona Two Step, which we danced at the various social events.
Always passionate about his dance and a wonderful ambassador for new dancers, such as myself, he will be greatly missed on the floor.
I had the pleasure of seeing Michael perform in one of his plays. He certainly had a talent in the stage as well.
I appreciated his encouragement as a team member when we travelled to competitions over the past two years.
Michael, I hope you are still dancing .
Michael was my partner on the country dance team "Country Kaos" I trusted him fully with the lifts and tricks choreographed into our routines. I always felt safe dancing with him and it was always fun!
We became good friends as dance partners do, hanging out socially outside team practice.
His love of dance was visible every time I watched him step on the floor with a social partner. He truly gave 100% to everything he did.
We will all miss him.
My last memory of Mike was in Canmore, at a dinner at Colleen's with his brothers. It was great to be with them - each so engaging and with each other.

Mike had such strong energy he hummed like a live wire. Dedicated to doing his job to the very best of his ability. He was greatly enjoying working with Rusty and the team. Mike was Focussed on consistently improving his skill as a dancer. He was always grateful and complimentary of his coach Bryan and competitive partners Laura and Janis. He also enjoyed the development of his acting talent. Mike worked hard at whatever he set his sights on and his successes were well deserved. Mike was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was such fun to be with. With a quiet but quick sense of humour. And a good conversationalist willing to explore ideas and encourage others to do the same. I shall miss him very much. My condolences to his family. Mike's sudden passing has been a staggering shock to all.
With deepest sympathy

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Mike's passing. Mike and I shared an incredible journey of dance, laughter, and friendship that spanned over 12 years. From our ballroom bootcamp beginnings to our unforgettable experience winning a World Country Dance Championship, Mike's passion for dance and zest for life always shone through. We tackled the dance floor and some interesting life challenges together, forming a bond that extended beyond our shared love for dance. I fondly remember hours of practice and social dancing along with our unexpected cross-country drive from Orlando, Florida to Great Falls, Montana. Contracting Covid turned into a memorable road trip with Netflix binges and oversized cinnamon rolls added on. Mike's laughter, willingness to help, and dry wit left an indelible mark on all who knew him. My heart goes out to Colleen Pollock and the entire family during this difficult time.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Laura Watson
