Pirjo was such a light! I remember so many good things about Pirjo - her warmth, her kind smile, her contagious laugh. She brightened the room when she arrived, and the light in her brought light to others. We had so many beautiful conversations about our faith, and some of the deepest conversations about prayer with Pirjo I carry with me to this day. Rest in peace my friend, and condolences to those who grieve the earthly loss of you.

It is sad when you lose track of a once great friend only to find out they are no longer here with us. We shared so many laughs and you truly made my life better for having known and worked with you all those years ago. May you laugh hard, love strong and never take no for an answer. You will be missed. Condolences to your family.

I am very saddened to her of Pirjo's passing. Pirjo began working for us cleaning our house and over years became a friend. She would often bring Marianne with her when she was working and we would laugh as Marianne helped her. We would sit and visit at our picnic table on the front lawn before they left for the day. I bumped into Pirjo some years ago at Northlands Mall and learned she was selling real estate. Pirjo was intelligent and hard working, she was kind hearted and, I know, loved Marianne and her son with all her heart. My sincere sympathies to Marianne and family and friends. Rest in paradise Pirjo, it was my pleasure to know you.
