Obituary of Leo Monrad Christoffersen

Leo Monrad Christoffersen, beloved husband of Gurli of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024, at the age of 92 years.
He was the son of Ragnhild Rosa Marie Olsen and Christopher Monrad Christoffersen. Father to and survived by his sons, Keith Allen Christoffersen (Laura Garcia Valdares) and Ralph Monrad Christoffersen (Tracy Medve); stepdaughters, Mai-Britt (Sam) Savill and Maria-Lena Brix, and stepson Thomas Hesselberg Nedergaard. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rahul, Kai, Marco Christoffersen, Catherine Slemko (Brandon Marchand), Apollo Brix, Benjamin Brix, Sidney Savill, Maddox, Mathias, and Sophie Nedergaard.
Leo was predeceased by wife Francis Lillian (nee Baker), wife Ketty (nee Sorensen), sons, Douglas Brent and Ronald James Christoffersen; sister Gerda Christoffersen, and brothers, Nels Monrad Christoffersen and Henry Monrad Christoffersen.
Funeral Services will be held at Danish Lutheran Church (210 – 10th Avenue N.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Danish Canadian Club (727 - 11th Ave. S.W., Calgary, AB) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
