Gramma, you were stronger than all of us. I wish to be half as strong as you. I want to let you know it's time to rest and to be at peace with grandpa. You deserve peace and to be free of worry, sickness of your earthly body. Every day I feel blessed to have had you in my life and for all that you have taught me. I will miss you every Monday id come over and we'd have coffee and chat about everything in life. We'd laugh or be there for each other when there was a bad day and enjoy each other's company.
Even after you had treatment, you'd always make sure I was fed, send me home with food even when their may not be enough for you. And id never win that battle. You always made me feel cared for and loved. Always wanting to know about everything in my life. It was like having my own personal cheerleader every step of the way. Thank you for all the advice. Thank you for all the love. Thank you for our time together. I will always keep our memories close. I will never stop missing you. Have that pina colada for me.
