Condolences
Glenna and I were made aware of the passing of Jeannette recently.
The Laird clan sends the Homan family their sincere condolences - our families go back a long way with fond memories.
Our thoughts are with you and we hope that she will rest in peace.
Sincerely, Glenna (Laird) and Peter Vanderlinden and family.
Martin and I have great memories of all the Homans at Redwood Meadows. They were great neighbours. Condolences to all Jeanette’s family.

Gramma, you were stronger than all of us. I wish to be half as strong as you. I want to let you know it's time to rest and to be at peace with grandpa. You deserve peace and to be free of worry, sickness of your earthly body. Every day I feel blessed to have had you in my life and for all that you have taught me. I will miss you every Monday id come over and we'd have coffee and chat about everything in life. We'd laugh or be there for each other when there was a bad day and enjoy each other's company.
Even after you had treatment, you'd always make sure I was fed, send me home with food even when their may not be enough for you. And id never win that battle. You always made me feel cared for and loved. Always wanting to know about everything in my life. It was like having my own personal cheerleader every step of the way. Thank you for all the advice. Thank you for all the love. Thank you for our time together. I will always keep our memories close. I will never stop missing you. Have that pina colada for me. Sit on the beach again watching the sunrise. Dancing to Johnny Reid. Forever and always loved.
Matthew and Becky, sorry to hear of the passing of your grandma.

I have always thought of Jeanette every time I heard the Beatles song On la dee Ob la da . It reminded me of when she and my husband Tom decided to dance on the table at a beer fest we were attending. Rest in Peace dear friend
Roger first met Howie in their early days of banking with the TD Bank. They golfed and played ball for many years. When Roger and Sharon were married in 1966 we took a holiday with Howie and Jeanette to Yellowstone. Four adults plus camping equipment in a 1962 chevy 2. Oh the fun we had.
Condolences on Jeanette's passing. Many many great memories of "the olden days".

For well over eight years we have met with Jeanette once a week for breakfast at the A&W. She was a great friend and her passing will leave a big hole in our hearts. We will miss her so much but will always remember the good times we had together. Our condolences to Linnet, Howard and all of Jeanette's family.
