Obituary of Maureen Patricia Lentz

March 12, 1942 – Estevan, Saskatchewan

March 5, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

Maureen Lentz, beloved wife of Arthur Lentz, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the age of 81 years.

Maureen was born on March 12, 1942, in Estevan, SK. She enjoyed hobbies such as golfing and traveling. Her family was the most important thing to her, and she was always proud of them. She had a passion for petit point, crochet, knitting, and reading, and enjoyed memorable vacations with her loved ones, including their 60th wedding anniversary in Mexico.

Maureen is survived by her loving husband, Arthur Lentz, daughters, Debbie (Fred) and Donna-Lee (Terry); son Dave (Glenda), five grandchildren, Stephen (Paige), Britney, Megan, Brooke, and Tyler; sister Rita, and brothers, Larry and Jim.

She was predeceased by her parents, Hal and Edith O’Keefe.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Providence Care Centre for their love and care.

Maureen will be most remembered for her infectious smile and her warm hugs. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and especially those of us who loved her and were loved by her.
