Long gone are the days of brunches, board games and giving “the boys “ a hard time when they “let” us win a game.

But the good memories of the happy times will remain forever. Beryl, I will mostly miss the emails and phone call visits in recent times. Thank you for being a kind friend, may you rest in peace. Love Olga and family.

Dear Leann, Derk and Maya - So saddened to have heard the news, Olga Barchuk had e-mailed me that Mum was back in Hospital and was not doing well., We just returned on the 16th March from our Holiday and my daughters sent the notice. We were friends for so long and always kept in touch. We had some great times together, always great memories, never to be forgotten. Sincere condolences, Pat ( and Ed too). .

As neighbours of Beryl and Murray, we admired Beryl’s endurance and Murray’s cheer. We also enjoyed the stories of their travels with their ganddaughter--whom they loved so much--and of Murray letting the neighbourhood children in to watch movies at the theatre he managed. We miss them. Our condolences to the family.

Beryl is my Mother-in-Law and I could not have asked for a kinder more welcoming sole than she. From the first time I met Beryl I knew I would be homoured to be a part of her family. Always a kind word to be shared with friends and neighbors. A loving spirit generous of soul. I will be forever thankful and grateful of the many happy memories we shared and she helped create on our many adventures travelling through Mexico and the US along with clamping in southern Alberta throughout her many years.

Always willing to lend a hand she often would babysit our nephew Ryan and our daughter Maya and use her skills as a teacher to help them in their education. Her love for family was always evident and her love for her grand daughter, Maya, shone through as a ray from the sun. Beryl and Murray’s love for their grand daughter is immeasurably.

I will miss you greatly, love you dearly! Until we meet again down the road rest in peace.
