I only just found out about Keiths’ passing yesterday and when I saw the post I was gutted. I couldn’t believe it, and I have been so upset because we hadn’t kept in touch like we should have. The last few times when I spoke to him and I questioned his voice, he kept telling me he had strep throat. I didn’t really believe him but he was adamant that was what he had.
Keith & I have been great friends since we met in about 1987. He traveled with me over the course of several years when we were both in the moving business. We traveled all over North America. One trip while we were in Newfoundland Linda flew home to Gander and we stopped in on our way west. Linda ended up getting in the truck with us and all 3 of us travelled back to Calgary together. That was a memorable trip for all of us. I moved to Kelowna and we lost touch for awhile but when we moved back to Calgary we got back in touch. Because my health held me back some we didn’t see each other as much but I still considered him a good friend.It still seems like a dream. I have tried to contact Linda to no avail. I really would appreciate it if someone could ask her to contact me. R.I.P. my friend.
