Harry Fediuk passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the age of 94 years.

Harry was born on March 4, 1930, in Whitford, AB, where he spent his early years surrounded by the beauty of his hometown. In 1956, he married Jean Fediuk (nee Hamaluk). In 2017, he moved to Calgary, AB, where he embraced new experiences and friendships.

For 34 years, Harry dedicated his talents and hard work to CN Rail, where he served with pride until his retirement in 1990. As a devoted union member, he advocated for fair compensation, believing deeply in the dignity and rights of all workers.

Beyond his professional life, Harry found joy in simple pleasures. He cherished moments spent dancing to lively music and engaging in spirited card games.

Harry is survived by his daughter Brenda Fediuk (Ed Peake), of Whitehorse, YT; his son Douglas James (Yolsi Sanchez) of Calgary, AB; and his two grandchildren, Alison and Cole James, of Calgary, AB. Harry was predeceased by his son Harry James Fediuk in 1980.
