Condolences
How lucky am I to have grown up knowing such a wonderful neighbour. I remember stopping to visit Hank and Angie often. I remember her cuckoo clock in her living room. I remember her wonderful garden and her apple trees. Angie made my sister and I cats out of yarn. My cat was black and white and my sister’s was gray and white. Angie was such a kind, wonderful woman. I’m glad I got to grow up having her as one of my mom’s good friends. My sincere condolences to Angie’s family. It makes my heart happy to think of all the people whose lives were brightened by knowing Angie.
My heartfelt and most sincere condolences to such an amazingly beautiful family. Nanny is a beautiful soul.
Mandy, the moment I spoke to you I was instantly connected to you and your beautiful family and after meeting Angie (Nanny which I too started calling her from time to time) and Henry, I was instantly hooked... as were every staff and resident member at McKenzie Towne Retirement.
Nanny was always the first one to volunteer to make lunches for children with our brown bagging program and children's singing and reading programs. She always greeted me with a smile, hug, and either a tap or pinch of the cheek.
If anyone were to ever doubt the concept of 'soul mates', 'true love' or 'destiny', then they were not fortunate enough to meet Angie and Henry... As sad as their passing's are, I find absolute peace knowing that they are together again.
Rest in Peace Angie.... you left behind a beautiful legacy of a beautiful family.
Love
Amy Mihoc-Barnes
Sorry to hear about Angie's passing! She always had a good outlook on life! I had quite a few coffee's with her and Henry when they still had the cows. She's the one that got me hooked on butter tarts!

We were saddened to hear of Angie's passing. She was a good friend and neighbor to our family for years. I remember her singing at my sister's wedding; what a beautiful voice she had! On behalf of my mother, Marie and all of my family, please accept our condolences.
