On behalf of Uncle Garfield & Aunt Viola's family, I am sending our very deepest sympathy and condolences to Betty's son Ed Jr. and Alison and the entire family. We all grew up close but time and distance over the years separated us but in late years got re-connected and have happy memories to hold dear.

I visited Betty and met Ed Jr. for the very first time last December while in Calgary. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you as you pass through this very dark valley. May God give you strength and peace.

I bet Betty in the hospital in March. We shared the party room and helped each other out. I only knew her a few short days, but meeting her had an immediate impact . She was very kind, extremely brave, and I'm glad I met her. Also sending love from our other Party room pal Gerry.
