Condolences
Thank you Heather for your cheerfulness and friendship we shared during our university days. Condolences to your family.
I first met Heather through her role at the OPG, and it wasn't long until we realized we would be friends as well as colleagues! Heather was an amazing soul-as others have noted- kind, caring and lots of fun to be with, with the true ability to make everyone she was with feel special. There was always great conversation, long lunches that always ended in some chocolate treat, and lots of stories of family and friends, the latest book to read and dreams of the future.
Heather's love for her sons was the main force of her life, and even though she was loved by many friends, colleagues and clients, her face would light up and her heart was full of love in talking about Matt and Tim!
I want to extend condolences to Matt, Tim and their spouses, as well as all of the family on the loss of their amazing mother and sister.
Heather truly did leave the world a better place by a life well lived, and her memory will live on.
I first met Heather working with GOA services. I then had the pleasure and privilege of being her colleague for several years. Meeting Heather was like getting a warm hug. You know those few people you meet in life, who you're immediately drawn to, their care and kindness, that was Heather. Her smiles, laughter, love of chocolate and her boys were legendary. My dearest condolences to Heather's Boys, Family and Friends, Heather was one in a million, an exceptional human being :)

I have so many lovely memories of Heather. She warmly welcomed me to the OPG family in 2005 and over time became a wonderful friend that I would exercise with twice per week, go with to bakeries searching for the ultimate chocolate fix, and enjoy many lunches and dinners with. Always so much laughter-Heather had such a dry sense of humour. Her warmth to all-family, friends, colleagues, clients, client supports was epic and incomparable. She lived life with a full heart-loved Stars Wars, Winnie the Pooh, and most importantly she loved her boys with all she had. All of her family were very important to her and she often spoke or Hollis and Rob. She endured many losses but remained stoic and loving nonetheless. **Heather you will be missed. Your being in the world made it a better place for so many. Rest now and hope to see you again one day!!
