Condolences
Kathleen, Keith and family.
I remember the countless hours spent sitting around your kitchen table. How we laboured over our course assignments and studied until we were seeing double. We pulled and pushed each other through our clinical placements and made it to graduation in 1977. I had so much respect for your mom as she completed a lifelong dream of becoming a registered nurse. She showed me what it was like to have a lasting friend. We cheered each other in our various pursuits. I remember when she took up the piano, expanded her knowledge of Reflexology, explored herbal medicine and offered her insights when asked.
I am a better person and nurse for having had your mom in my life. I still hear her say; "Do what's in your heart, and make the best of your choices."
Mary lives on in my heart.
Kathy, Keith and families,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. May all the wonderful memories that you hold in your heart, help you at this difficult time. Thinking of you all. Hugs, Joy (Woodard)
