Obituary of Barry William Laird

July 23, 1946 – Toronto, Ontario

May 21, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

Barry Laird, beloved husband of Suzanne Laird, passed away on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 77 years of age.

Barry was a proud veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. He was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed his part-time job doing security work at the Calgary Saddledome.

He was a nature lover, so in his honour, a tree will be planted in the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area by McInnis & Holloway Funeral Homes.

Barry is survived by his brother Jim, his wife, and their family; his daughter Debbie, and his son-in-law David.
